The course delves into the Administrative Appeals process in terms of the National Environmental Management Act and the National Water Act
COURSE CONTENT:
Learn how to draft and prosecute Administrative Appeals in terms of s43 of NEMA and at the Water Tribunal.
This is an advanced course and therefore previous experience or knowledge of environmental law, EIAs and/or Water Use Licences is a pre-requisite.
